Khadi: The
fabric of freedom and fashion and which is the
heritage and pride of India. The main feature of
Khadi that makes its unique from mill and
handloom clothes is that “Khadi is hand-spinning
and hand-woven cloth” and it also has the unique
property of keeping the wearer warm in winter
well as cool in summer season. In spinning
mainly natural fibre such as cotton, woolen and
polyvastra are used. Hundred percent pure fibres
are used in Khadi cloth.
Khadi Polyvastra:
Polyvastra Khadi consists of shirting and
suiting in attractive shades and designs. Khadi
polyester/cotton 33/67 % blend which is hand
spun and hand woven. Many Polyvastra products
are manufactured such as simple and design
shirting and coating (both white and colour) and
gents dhotis. |
